Position Title: Game Plan Executive
Function: Trade Marketing
Sub-function: Game Plan (Trade Campaign Activation)
Key contacts: Internal: Trade Marketing, Marketing, Revenue Management, Sales Team. External: Activation Agencies, Operations Partners
A. PURPOSE OF POSITION
Game Plan Executive will be responsible for supporting and coordinating below‑the‑line activities, including consumer promotions and trade activations, on a campaign basis across On‑Trade and Off‑Trade channels in Vietnam.
B. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Communication Materials & Key Visuals
- Work in collaboration with the Brand team to adjust or develop communication materials and key visuals, ensuring all executions align with marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- Ensure all executions follow brand guidelines and align with the overall marketing plan.
Activation Concept & Execution Support
- Assist in developing activation concepts and detailed execution plans for trade visibility, consumer promotions and In-store/ OOH activations, following Above-the-line Marketing campaign.
Agency & Vendor Coordination
- Assist in developing below-the-line proposals
- Produce POSM, gifts, and activation materials
- Support delivery of materials to regions
- Ensure POSM setup and activation programs at point of sales align with the overall marketing plan
- Work with digital partners to run O2O promotional programs.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with the Regional Trade Marketing team to assist in timely market deployment of activities and uphold execution standards across different channels.
- Follow and maintain implementation standards across different channels.
- Follow up with payment process and related administrative tasks.
Tracking & Reporting
- Compile weekly and monthly progress updates and assist in preparing campaign performance reports.
- Consolidate campaign performance data for reporting.
C. KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor of Business/Marketing/Communication or related fields.
- Industry Experiences: Experiences in Sales, Marketing, Trade Marketing are preferred.
- Position Experiences: At least 1 year experience, open for candidates experience in activation agencies
- Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)
- Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel, Words, Powerpoint etc.
Knowledge/ Skills:
- Be creative with event ideas and planning. Be practical and detailed-oriented in implementation. Be proactive and willing to learn.
- Good project management and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to manage cross-functional and agency teams.
