JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop business plans to achieve regional goals through driving market traffic and optimizing product availability.
- Establish relationships with retailers and wholesalers to explore demand, take orders and increase inventory.
- Make daily sales calls to increase orders, ensure proper sales.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to monitor customer debt.
- Negotiate contracts to reach win-win solutions.
- Ensure store merchandising is consistent with Abbott expectations and store needs.
- Use market data to create sales plans tailored to each store.
- Demonstrate Abbott product superiority from a customer perspective.
- Influence customers to trust Abbott products.
- Evaluate monthly sales pipeline performance and plan for improvement.
- Track customer inventory and execute sales plans accordingly.
- Monitor distributor inventory to ensure weekly/monthly targets.
- Follow the sales process trained in the store.
- Effectively use digital tools and sales reporting.
- Strictly adhere to Abbott's business policies and ethics.
Experience required
- Minimum 0-1 year
- Have at least 6 months sales experience
- Accepting college graduates
Education level
- City & ROU: Minimum High School/College/University (Preferably Economics/Commerce)
