JOB DESCRIPTION
VinUni Admissions Ambassador
Monthly coffee talk
Organize and host engaging events where prospective students and guests gather to learn about VinUni and experience a campus tour.
- Theme choosing, event planning, presentation, and providing valuable insights to potential students.
- Promote event to prospective students
On & off campus event
- Join with us in all Admission events to deliver presentations and/or support sessions
- To be a positive student role model encouraging young people to consider VinUni as a viable and attractive option.
- Offer support to all young people and fellow staff members involved in the activities, in a safe and friendly manner.
Alumni Outreach
- Responsible for fostering connections between VinUni and your high school, as well as create opportunities for prospective students and their families to learn more about the university.
VinUni Application Allies -Mentoring program
- Reviewing and providing constructive feedback on students‘ application materials
- Conduct mock interviews to help students refine their interview skills and boost their chances of success in academic and professional settings
- Be available to answer questions and offer support to prospective students throughout their decision-making process.
VinUni Event Catalyst Crew (ECC) - Event organization
Taking on this role will be involved in the organization & logistical side of the event management.
- Creative Squad - Event Idea & Execution: the driving force behind the conception, design, and execution of innovative and engaging events.
- External Engagement Squad: connect and ensure participation of speakers & visitors & vendors within budget
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates should possess the following key requirements:

- Good Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills are crucial for engaging with both prospective students and the university community.
- Experience or Interest in Working with Young People: Prior experience working with young individuals or a genuine interest in doing so is important for mentoring and guiding prospective students.
- Enthusiasm for University Life: Evident enthusiasm for university life and a positive attitude, which can be conveyed to prospective students and program participants.
- Presentation Skills: Experience in making presentations is valuable, but a willingness to develop and improve this skill is also considered.
- Reliability and Commitment: Dependability and a strong commitment to fulfilling the responsibilities of a student ambassador, which may include event organization and mentoring activities.
