As a Founder Experience Intern, you will support various tasks across Antler's community-building initiatives in Vietnam – both within the residency as well as ecosystem activities .Your role will help enhance the experience for founders, assist in managing Antler’s founder-centric communities, and ensure smooth logistics for events and networking activities. You will have the opportunity to work closely with founders, portfolio companies, and the broader venture ecosystem, gaining hands-on experience in community management, startup support, and event execution.

📝 Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around supporting Antler's Vietnam Founder Experience initiatives, with tasks focused on founder engagement, event execution, and operational support. Typically, your responsibilities will fall into one of the two key responsibilities below, but not limited to, based on the seasonality nature of Antler’s Residency program and the specific demands of our operations.

Residency Scouting: before Residency kick-starts

• Assist in executing the founder scouting process for Antler’s Vietnam Residency.
• Leverage our existing tools and platforms to effectively source, engage, and secure top-tier founders and startups.
• Act as a professional ambassador for Antler, maintaining high communication standards with potential founders.
• Manage pre-residency founder communications and coordinate logistics for networking events and other activities.

Residency Program: during the Residency

• Support the Founder Experience team to blueprint, assemble and manage the operations of the residency, aiming at the best experience possible for our entrepreneurs
• Help run our cohorts by managing the day-to-day founder communication, operations, and logistics.
• Capture, analyse, and present data to assess business models, startup teams, and market opportunities.
• Other administrative and operational tasks are associated with this role's varied nature.
• Report directly to the Founder Experience Lead and also work closely with the rest of the Antler team, including interactions with founders, partners and advisors.

• Commitment to a full-time role for a 6-month internship period.
• Based in Vietnam for the duration of the internship.

🧬 Personal Attributes

• Excellent command of written and spoken English.
• Detail-oriented, open-minded, results-driven, multi-tasking, self-motivated & time management skills
• Strong interest in the VC and startup ecosystem.
• Expertise in Google G-suite, particularly in drafting dynamic presentations with Google Slides and utilizing Google Sheets, is desirable
• Entrepreneurial experience, having worked in a small or early-stage company is a big plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team as the situation demands.
