About The Team
The Cross Border (CB) team serves as a central hub connecting Local (Vietnam), Regional (Singapore), Cross Border Sellers (from China, Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, etc) importing to Vietnam and local sellers exporting to SEA markets. The key functions include strategic planning and initiatives for import-export cross-border sellers‘ growth, achievement of CB commercial targets, and strong collaboration among CB stakeholders across markets.
Job Description
- Support to define, implement, and execute paid resource visibility packages for Cross Border sellers in Vietnam
- Assist in following internal projects to optimize existing practices
- Follow Cross Border-related initiatives for package pitching and adoption
- Assist in identifying issues, develop hypotheses, gather and analyze data, and present findings and strategic recommendations to facilitate leaders‘ decision making
- Support to conduct deep-dive analysis and have a deep understanding of the market landscape, user behaviours, and plan the most effective solution/innovative strategy for business growth
- Help bridge the gap between the various seller offices, the regional teams, and the local teams.
Requirements
- Fresh Graduate with a Bachelor’s degree or higher; smart and fast learning
- Good analytical skills and sensitivity to data, detail-oriented
- Strong oral and written communication skills in English (Mandarin speaking is a plus)
- Detail-oriented execution, deal with uncertainty, learn fast, and manage projects from end to end
- Work well with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
- Basic competency in Excel and PowerPoint software for presentations and analysis
- Around 1 year of working experience, partnership, ecommerce, or consulting experience is an advantage.
