🌟Job Description
1. Recruitment
- Source and attract potential candidates through social media platforms and third-party channels
- Support mass recruitment for positions such as Educational Consultant, Customer Service Officer, and other roles as assigned
2. Employer Branding
- Participate in talent sourcing activities such as job fairs and career events
- Assist in developing recruitment fan pages and designing job postings to enhance employer branding and attract candidates
3. Administration
- Support onboarding procedures for new employees, including preparing contracts, setting up accounts, and ensuring complete documentation
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the Line Manager
🌟Job Requirements
- Working schedule: Monday to Friday (9:00 AM – 6:30 PM)
- Prefer candidates who can work full-time (flexible to take 1–2 days off per week depending on circumstances)
- Minimum internship duration: 3 months
- Open-minded, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented and careful is a plus
