  • Site: Bel Vietnam - Location: Head office in Ho Chi Minh City
  • Scope: Vietnam
  • Reporting to: Marketing Director

RESPONSIBILITIES – WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?

Support the Brand Team in daily operations, innovation and renovation project coordination, and E-commerce execution to ensure smooth business operations and effective brand growth initiatives.

  • Marketing Operations & Administration (40%)
  • Support daily administrative processes for Brand Team, including PR, PO, contracts, payments, …
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth execution.
  • Support brand team for marketing budget tracking & managemen
  • Brand Innovation & Renovation Coordination (30%)
  • Assist brand team for innovation/ renovation project through key assigned tasks: packaging development, artwork approval and launch listing preparation
  • Assist brand team in internal system process (Project creation, code validation, follow up,…) & information documentation.
  • E-commerce Marketing Execution (30%)
  • Coordinate & lead the E-commerce design adaptation on across Ecom platforms
  • Support execution of E-commerce campaigns, promotions and livestream activities.
  • Coordinate with agencies and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of campaign materials.

Skills & Experience Requirements

  • BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field.
  • Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in administration field.
  • English: fluent in speaking & writing.
  • Detailed-oriented, organized & documentation skills
  • Able to work independently and demonstrate strong accountability 
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills 
  • Experience in packaging project management is highly preferred
  • Basic knowledge of Ecom & Ecom marketing
  • Advanced MS Office skills with a focus on Power Point/Exel.
