More About This Role
- KOL & Social Media Support
- Support the execution of SO plan with 20–50 KOLs
- Develop and coordinate content for KOL campaigns
- Mooncake Fair & Activation Support
- Assist in planning and executing MC fair and activation events across 20 provinces
- Community Management
- Collaborate with agency to manage all inquiries, orders, and comments from social media fan pages
- Handle and maintain Zalo OA and TikTok accounts (Kinh Đô brand)
- Design & POSM
- Adapt POSM for channels
- Support B2B design tasks as assigned
- Market Intelligence
- Collect and compile competitors' information, including pricing, promotions, and market activities
