About Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam (SO Department)

Bosch Service Solutions Vietnam is a specialized department within the Bosch Group that provides in-house services to Bosch business units worldwide in areas such as Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Data Security, IT Support, HR Shared Services, Web Content Management, Quality Management, and Translation/Interpretation services.

We are seeking energetic and motivated interns with Japanese proficiency (N2+) and strong English skills to join our teams in Project Management, Supply Chain, or Translation & Requirement Management. JOB DESCRIPTION

The Supply Chain Intern will:

• Work on global projects in Sales/Logistics/Purchasing domains
• Work on back office projects (BPO - Business Process Outsourcing)
• Communicate with Japanese / German customers for project status and information sharing
• Work with ERP systems like SAP to support the BOSCH Unit of Japan/ Germany/other countries for their Purchasing / Sales processes

REQUIREMENTS

• Undergraduate student (3rd/4th year preferred) who can work full-time for 6 months
• Able to provide the official recommendation or introduction letters from the universities
• Good communication skills in both Japanese (N2 or above) and English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Positive working attitude, willingness to learn, and high teamwork spirit.
• Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
