Job Description
- Coordinate for the Clearance process: guide associates to complete the offboarding process; collaborate with related parties to inform the resignation cases; ensure the accuracy and manage the clearance documents.
- Support administrative work to implement associates’ benefit and welfare (including but not limited to: Annual Health Check, Long year service, sport activities, etc.) and HRIT topics.
- Other additional responsibilities in the team based on business requirements.
Qualifications
- Entitled as full-time Vietnamese students in related major with high interest in Human Resources functions.
- Good communication in both Vietnamese and English (verbal and non-verbal)
- Be proficient in working with Microsoft Office application (primarily Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word).
- Eyes for details and good organization skills.
- High sense of disciplinary, confidentiality, deadline commitment and compliance.
