JOB DESCRIPTION  

The Global Data Intern will support VinUni’s strategic focus on employer reputation. Some of the job descriptions are below. 

• Research international jobs and internship markets with relevance to VinUni students‘ target regions. 
• Identify companies in Vietnam that are open to hiring international students and alumni. 
• Assist in finding overseas Vietnamese-origin organizations and relevant partners to explore internships, jobs, and mentorship opportunities. 
• Search and Map potential employers related to: (i) VinUni student exchange destinations (ii) Companies employing VinUni alumni (iii) Countries of origin of VinUni international students and their families 
• Contribute insights and data to help elevate VinUni’s global career development branding. 

• Assist in researching data for the QS Employer Reputation Project using AI tools to collect Employer Reputation metrics. 

• Organize and clean datasets in Microsoft Excel to ensure accuracy. 

• Verify the accuracy of contacts information. 

• Help prepare simple reports or charts to share findings. 

• Collaborate with team members to align data with project goals. 

• Assist in preparing materials for QS submissions. 

• Other tasks as required from CAID Team  

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong research and data analysis skills, with attention to detail. 

• A global mindset and interest in international employment trends. 

• Proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Google Search, LinkedIn, and other job/research platforms. 

• Familiarity with simple AI tools for data research (e.g., ChatGPT, Notebook LLM, or similar). 

• Strong written English skills for summarizing and presenting findings.
