JOB DESCRIPTION
CAID team is seeking a versatile and design-savvy collaborator to elevate its digital presence and industry branding. This role will support both the enhancement of the VinUni Career Hub microsite and the development of professional collateral used for employer engagement.
- Website Development & Digital Presence
- Collaborate with CAID team to redesign and improve the Career Services microsite in alignment with VinUni branding.
- Optimize user interface and navigation structure for students, employers, and alumni.
- Create visual assets such as icons, banners, and career resource thumbnails.
- Implement responsive design for mobile and desktop views.
- Support training handover for CAID team and work-study students to update site content post-project.
- Industry Branding
- Support VinUni’s employer engagement strategy, including:
- MoU document templates (Vietnamese & English)
- Employer profile decks
- Partnership proposal one-pagers
- Visual slides for industry talks and sponsorship
- Ensure design consistency across presentations, web, and print formats.
- Collaborate with VinUni Marketing Team to ensure consistent branding
- Other tasks required by CAID Team
REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in web design (WordPress/HTML/CMS), graphic design, or UI/UX development.
- Familiarity with branding design for B2B or academic-industry partnerships.
- Strong skills in tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Figma, or similar.
- Ability to take ownership of a full design cycle: from wireframe to final implementation.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Good English communication skills; knowledge of Vietnamese branding culture is a plus.
