 Who are we looking for?
The program is designed for exceptional young candidates who are quick learners, highly adaptable, and ready to push boundaries on a long-term growth journey with Green SM.

 Eligibility Requirements
Age: 22 – 24
Education: Bachelor’s degree or completion of graduation thesis
Work experience: Less than 2 years
Language: English proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or above
Strong academic achievements, extracurricular activities, or community involvement are a plus

 Development Journey
Phase 1 – 3 months: Onboarding, capability building, and training within functional departments
Phase 2 – 1 year: Acceleration through challenging assignments and participation in both domestic and international projects
