About Savills & the AI Innovation Team

Our Asia Pacific business spans Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, Japan, and India, serving institutional investors, corporates, and private clients across Capital Markets, Leasing, Valuation, Property Management, and Project Management.
The APAC AI Innovation team is at the centre of Savills' AI transformation. We design and build production-grade AI agents, deploy Microsoft Copilot across the region, and run a network of AI Champions embedded in every business line.
This internship is an opportunity to work on live, production AI projects — alongside experienced AI team with direct access to business stakeholders across the region.
The Role
You will work directly with the AI Innovation Lead and contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of AI agent solutions across Savills APAC business lines. Depending on your interests and the team's priorities, you may be embedded in one or more active workstreams during your internship.
What You Will Work On
- Integrating with Microsoft 365 APIs (SharePoint, Graph API) and Azure services where relevant to use cases
- Building and refining AI agents using Copilot Studio, LangChain and LangGraph — including agentic pipelines, tool-calling, and multi-agent orchestration
- Developing and testing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using OpenSearch as the vector store
- Supporting prompt engineering, evaluation, and iterative improvement of agent outputs
- Writing clean, documented Python code and participating in code reviews
- Assisting with internal demos, documentation, and stakeholder-facing materials as needed
What We Are Looking For
Essential - Requirement
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field
- Solid working knowledge of Python or Copilot Studio
- Genuine curiosity about AI, large language models, and agentic systems — you read about this space because you want to, not just because you have to
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and ask good questions
- Strong written and verbal communication in English
Desirable (Nice to Have)
- Exposure to Copilot Studio, LangChain, LangGraph, or similar agentic frameworks
- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures — chunking, embedding, retrieval, reranking
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS services
- Experience calling REST APIs and working with JSON-based data
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem (SharePoint, Graph API, Copilot Studio)
- Prior internship, project, or open-source work involving LLMs
