FPT Digital is seeking passionate and technically strong AI Engineers with 1-3 years of experience to join our digital transformation team. You will contribute to building and deploying AI-powered solutions that help businesses unlock new value, optimize operations, and enhance customer experiences.

Job Description

● Design and implement AI/ML solutions for diverse business use cases

● Develop, test, and fine-tune machine learning models under guidance from experienced engineers and consultants

● Collaborate with Data, Tech, and Consulting teams to prototype and deploy AI models into real-world applications

● Assist in preparing technical documentation and knowledge-sharing materials for internal teams and clients

● Stay updated on AI trends and continuously build expertise in areas such as Generative AI and Agentic AI

Qualifications

● 1-3 years of experience in AI/ML, Data Science

● Proficient in Python, with solid knowledge of frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn

● Hands-on experience in end-to-end AI project implementation: from data pipeline to deployment

● Understanding of basic data preprocessing, model training, and deployment workflows

● Interest in applying AI to solve business problems and willingness to learn domain-specific knowledge

● Exposure to Generative AI or Agentic AI is a strong plus

● Good English communication skills (verbal & written)

● Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
