KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Consulting through Data Insights:
- Gather and analyze business needs from executives and related departments.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose data-driven solutions.
- Data Analysis and Visualization:
- Process and analyze data from various sources to uncover critical insights.
- Build visual reports and dashboards to support business decision-making.
- Data Solution Implementation:
- Recommend and collaborate on implementing BI, Data Warehouse, Big Data, or AI systems aligned with business strategies.
- Training and Client Support:
- Guide and train stakeholders on data solutions and trends.
- Enhance internal capabilities through in-depth training programs.
- Business Development Support:
- Assist the business team by preparing expert reports and consulting for potential clients.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, Tableau.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with Big Data, Data Warehouse, or BI solutions.
- Experience:
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, business consulting, or related fields.
- Experience implementing data solutions for large enterprises is an advantage.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and presentation skills, especially with leadership.
- A blend of business and technical thinking with effective problem-solving abilities.
