Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of project bids, including research, documentation, and submission.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for proposal creation.
- Analyze project requirements, budgets, and timelines to ensure bid competitiveness.
- Maintain and update project bid tracking systems, ensuring timely submission and follow-up.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure compliance with all bid requirements and standards.
- Conduct market research to identify potential project opportunities and trends.
- Prepare reports and presentations to support the bidding process.
- Assist in contract negotiations and communication with clients during the bid process.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in project management, business development, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Business Analysis, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Language: English (Fluent)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing or supporting project bids is a plus.
- Knowledge of project management tools and software is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and research skills to assess project opportunities.
