Description
- Receive and address customer inquiries and complaints through various communication channels (phone, email, chat, etc.);
- Guide customers in using products/ services effectively;
- Record and relay customer feedback to relevant departments;
- Monitor, update and manage customer information accurately;
- Provide administrative support related to customer service (if necessary)
Requirements
- Good communication skills, patience, and attention to detail in handling situations;
- Proficiency in basic office software (Word, Excel, Email, etc.);
- Quick learner and proactive in work;
- Preference for candidates with knowledge of invoices and basic accounting practices
- Responsible and able to work well in a team
