Description

  • Enhancing brand recognition: Attracting potential candidates and establishing FPT IS as a professional and appealing employer on recruitment communication channels (Fanpage, Website, TikTok, etc.).
  • Developing campaigns: Implementing recruitment communication campaigns and creating in-depth articles about people to increase coverage and recognition of FPT IS‘s recruitment brand.
  • Managing communication channels: Building and developing recruitment communication channels (Website, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, community groups, etc.) to attract quality candidates.
  • Planning events: Organizing recruitment events, career workshops at universities, and networking programs with candidates.
  • Reporting and evaluation: Conducting reports and evaluating communication activities and content series, proposing the next steps.
  • Market analysis: Analyzing market trends and competitors to improve employer branding.
  • Additional tasks: Performing other tasks as assigned by Management.

Requirements

  • Content writing skills: Excellent writing ability; capable of creating content on recruitment platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Website, community groups, etc.).
  • Data analysis skills: Ability to measure and analyze data on recruitment channels.
  • Event organization skills: Experience in planning and organizing workshops and recruitment programs.
  • Creative mindset: Proactive, agile, and highly responsible.
  • Communication skills: Energetic, enthusiastic, and good at interpersonal communication.
  • Listening skills: Quick to understand issues and eager to learn for further development. Ability to act as an MC is an advantage.
  • Personal laptop: Must possess a personal laptop.
  • Availability: Must be available for full-time work or at least 4 sessions per week.
