DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Begin to develop knowledge of Learning & Development procedures.

Understand the responsibilities of other units and departments and cooperate with them.

Maintain and update Training Record & Tracking files.
-
Prepare Training materials (support translation, games, and other training materials).
-
Support to organize Internal & External events for Hotel’s colleagues.
-
Coordinate and support to manage all Internship Programs in the hotel.
-
Answer incoming telephone calls and either transfer, redirect, or take a message.

Prepare Word, Excel, and PowerPoint documents.
-
Support tracking Merlin courses & Merlin support.
-
Arrange appointments, meetings, and training classes.
-
Maintain confidentiality at all times on all matters.
-
Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
Required Skills
-
Communication skills are utilized significantly when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties in a manner that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand, and the company.

Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Good writing skills.
-
Good English is a must.

Basic design or video-making skills (through Canva/AI or Proshow is preferred).

Passionate about event organizing.
Qualifications

Preferably a background in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
Experience
-
Prefer candidates with MC experience at school/club/events.

Prefer candidates with energetic activities at school/club/other student organizations.
