About Us: VinMotion is at the forefront of robotics innovation, developing advanced humanoid robots for various applications. We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to work on key areas of AI, including robot manipulation, motion planning, path planning, voice-language AI (VLA), and large language models (LLM), etc to enhance our robots’ intelligence, autonomy, and interaction capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop robot manipulation algorithms for dexterous hands, grasping, picking and placing, bimanual coordination, and assembly tasks.
- Train deep reinforcement learning (RL) models for robust manipulation under uncertainty, sensor noise, and partial information.
- Work with visual and tactile serving to enhance robot dexterity in real-world environments.
- Design and implement motion planning algorithms for humanoid robots, ensuring smooth, collision-free movements.
- Develop path planning techniques using graph search and optimization-based approaches.
- Work with model predictive control (MPC) and trajectory optimization for real-time robot motion generation.
- Develop automatic speech recognition (ASR) and text-to-speech (TTS) models for real-time voice interaction.
- Train and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) (e.g., GPT, BERT, Whisper, Llama) for conversational AI.
- Implement multimodal AI that integrates vision, speech, and text for a seamless human-robot experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor‘s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Computer Science, AI, Robotics, Control Engineering, NLP, or a related field.
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++, with experience using PyTorch/TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of robot learning, reinforcement learning (RL), and motion planning algorithms.
- Familiarity with robot simulation environments (IsaacGym, Mujoco, ROS, MoveIt).
- Experience with Transformer-based models for language and speech processing.
- Solid knowledge of deep learning, probabilistic models, and optimization techniques.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience deploying AI models in real-world robotic systems.
- Experience working with multimodal AI (vision, language, and motion integration).
- Expertise in edge AI deployment and real-time inference acceleration.
