Job Description
As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and visualizing data to provide strategic insights for decision-making.
- Data Collection & Processing
- Gather data from internal and external sources (CRM, websites, social media, customer surveys, etc.).
- Clean, aggregate, and standardize data for analysis.
- Develop automated data pipelines to optimize data processing.
- Data Analysis & Insights
- Analyze data on customer behavior, sales performance, and marketing efficiency.
- Provide forecasts and trend models to support business strategies.
- Assist Sales, Marketing, and BA teams with actionable insights.
- Data Visualization & Reporting
- Build dashboards to track sales, marketing, and customer performance using Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio.
- Generate reports to help leadership make quick and informed decisions.
- Work closely with Marketing & Sales teams to optimize strategies based on real-world data.
- Product Development Support
- Provide data-driven evaluations of humanoid robotics product feasibility.
- Collaborate with Product Production Managers to improve products based on customer feedback.
Job Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related fields.
- At least 2 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence (BI), or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, Python, or R for data analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio, etc.).
- Proficient in English, capable of researching and reporting in English.
Nice to have:
- Experience in technology, robotics, or AI industries.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) or marketing analytics tools.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning or Big Data is a plus.
