Job Overview

VinMotion USA is looking for a Generative AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize large language models (LLMs), multimodal AI, and AI-powered communication systems for humanoid robots. You will work closely with AI researchers and engineers to develop real-time generative AI solutions for dialogue generation, speech synthesis, and visual-language understanding.

Key Responsibilities

AI Model Development & Deployment

• Develop and optimize LLMs (e.g., GPT, T5, Whisper, BERT) for real-time robot communication.
• Implement speech synthesis (TTS), automatic speech recognition (ASR), and AI-driven conversational agents.
• Build multimodal AI systems that integrate text, speech, vision, and gesture-based interaction.
• Work on Sim2Real adaptation to deploy AI models in real-world robotic applications.
• Optimize AI models for edge computing and real-time processing in robotics.

System Integration & Collaboration

• Work with robotics engineers to integrate AI-powered speech and vision systems into humanoid robots.
• Develop efficient AI pipelines for real-time NLP and generative AI applications.
• Collaborate with AI researchers to refine and enhance generative AI models.

Qualifications & Experience

Education

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in AI, NLP, Computer Vision, Machine Learning, or related fields.

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in LLMs, NLP, ASR, TTS, or multimodal AI.
• Hands-on experience in deploying AI models for real-time applications.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers.
• Experience with LLMs, speech synthesis, AI Vision, and edge AI deployment.
• Knowledge of robot perception, reinforcement learning, or multimodal AI is a plus.
