Job Description
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for finding customers, consulting on products, and closing deals, helping the company grow in the humanoid robotics market.
- Customer Acquisition & Sales
- Identify and approach potential customers (B2B, enterprises, government organizations).
- Introduce and consult customers on humanoid robotics solutions based on their needs.
- Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting → negotiation → contract signing → after-sales support.
- Contract Negotiation & Customer Support
- Negotiate pricing, contract terms, ensuring mutual benefits for the company and customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide customer support to increase satisfaction.
- Work closely with Marketing & Business Analysts to optimize products based on customer feedback.
- Reporting & Market Analysis
- Track sales performance, update customer data in the CRM system.
- Analyze market trends and propose effective sales strategies.
- Collaborate with Market Research & Marketing teams to refine customer approach strategies.
Job Requirements
Must-have:
- Bachelor‘s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in technology, AI, robotics, or B2B sales.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
- Proficient in English, able to work with international clients.
Nice to have:
- Experience in technology, hardware manufacturing, AI/robotics sales.
- Understanding of B2B sales, contract negotiations, and government procurement processes.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
