Position Overview:
We are seeking Junior and Senior Robotics Software Engineers to join our Robotics team.
This role involves architecting, designing, implementing, and testing critical software
components that form the backbone of our robot's control and motion capabilities. You will
develop tools to support algorithm tuning, debugging, and performance analysis, contributing to
the deployment of production-quality robotics software.

Key Responsibilities:
● Architect, design, implement and test real-time software for robot control and motion
planning.
● Develop tools to support controls software development, including:
○ Data analysis and visualization tools for time series analysis, 3D visualization,
and statistical performance metrics across logs and robots.
○ Tools to enable rapid algorithm tuning in simulation and hardware environments.
○ Debugging tools for controls algorithms, including log replay functionality.
● Support the integration of third-party libraries into the controls stack.
● Own the development and deployment of production-quality software, ensuring
reliability and robustness.
Required Qualifications:
● Experience developing production-quality software in C++ and Python.
● Full-stack software development experience.
● Demonstrated ability to deliver well-tested, time-critical software applications.

Preferred Qualifications:
● Familiarity with the Eigen linear algebra library.
● Experience with Bazel, CMake or other build systems for managing large codebases.
● Eagerness to learn and understand advanced control algorithms.
● Familiarity with test-driven development practices.
● Industry experience developing for realtime software applications in robotics or similar
domains.
