ACTIVITIES
- Assist colleagues draft and prepare proposals, letters, etc.
- Liaise between team, landlord and customers.
- Gathers and coordinates materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
- Prepares offers, term sheets, and lease amendments under direct supervision
- Prepare and proceed paper work like leasing contract, annex, notice send and recieve of tenants
- Prepare and analyze assigned reports
- Do other tasks assigned by Line Manager
- Be honest and follow Group’s policies.
- Working Time: Full-time From Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Work Location: GO! Thang Long (222 Tran Duy Hung Street, Yen Hoa Ward, Hanoi)

REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE
Duration: Willing to take a 6-month internship.
