As a Tenant Coordinator Intern you will support Tenant Coordination processes of CRV's malls, to ensure that all shops are fully operational by the established opening date and that all fit-out of the shops is built as per the approved drawings and established quality standards.
ACTIVITIES:
1. Using internal system for coordination:
- Use “TC" system and taking responsibility for checking & uploading the documents relating to the project in charge.
- Develop TC tracking tools to manage & make sure that all tenants, internal departments & malls are following the schedule.
- Assist in external personnel management to ensure complete the project as scheduled. The files and documents related to the project are fully uploaded to the TC's system.
2. Distribute all associated retail delivery guides
- Send introduction email to retailer and their design team with a brief explanation of the following:
• Mall design guide
• Site contraints
• MEP/ Commissioning
• Submission forms
- Follow up to make sure that all processes are understood by both parties & ensure construction contract is co-ordinated with lease obligations.
3. Manage design briefings
- An additional service can be provided here when appropriate to do so. This will entail a review of the initial concept review with the retailer and their designer to establish the ground rules to an affective, inspirational and acceptable design.
- The process of which will be as follows:
• Arrange & Chair meeting with the retailer and their design team.
• Mall design guide, site constraints commissioning guide.
• Outline and explain the design criteria and aspirations.
• Provide answers to any queries the retailer may have their designer.
• Set out and agree timescales for the approval process.
• Produce briefing meeting minutes and circulate.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND & ATTITUDE:
Education: Final-year students or fresh graduates majoring in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
Technical Mindset: No prior experience with technical drawings is required. We welcome candidates who are detail-oriented, have good observational skills, and show a genuine willingness to learn on the job.
Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Basic familiarity with AutoCAD is a plus, but not mandatory.
Soft Skills: Good interpersonal communication, proactive attitude, and organized working style.
Language: Good command of English (both written and spoken) is an advantage.
