1/ Main Tasks:
- Received documents from customers/ freight team to handle shipments
- Check emails, documents, standard operating procedure (SOP) to prepare customs clearance services
- Do data entry and cross-check Customs Documents
- Follow shipments step to step till complete service
- Collect related documents and archive then send them to customers' system.
- Support update timestamps and Proof of Delivery (POD)
- Support billing process and other reports
- Follow trucking plan with customers/ suppliers
2/ Requirements:
- COMPULSORY: Students (NOT fresh graduates and still being students for at least 6 months) who can work full-time from Monday to Friday for 6 months, with 1-2 off-sessions per week for the study, is acceptable.
- Good English skills (both speaking & writing)
- Background in International Business Economics, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Analytics
- Good attitude, hard-working, willing to learn
- Good at MS Office
- Basic understanding of customs procedures and import/export operations will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Incoterms, HS Codes, C/O (Certificate of Origin) will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of key shipping documents: Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Airway Bill will be an added advantage
- Understanding of basic customs clearance processes (declaration, cargo routing, inspection)will be an added advantage
