Location: Vietnam office

Job Description:

● Evaluate Idea L Pack market and positioning in Vietnam, China and other region.

● Develop communication and advertising tools for teams.

● Assist in preparing promotional materials, such as brochures, posters, and presentation, to convey the

information and advantages of the products or services.

● Assist in managing social media accounts, posting content, responding to comments, participating in

online community interactions, and promoting the online presence of the brand.

● Organize, sort and maintain the inventory of marketing materials, ensuring that team members can

easily access the materials they need.

● Work on company events, collaborate with teams to ensure that all events are consonant.

Working time:

● Register time: from 8:00AM to 5:00PM from Monday to Friday every week.

● Full-time: Commit to working at least 40 hours per week.

General requirements:

● Major in marketing or advertising related majors for marketing assistant, and related discipline for sales

assistant.

● English fluency (4 skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing).

● Positive and diligent attitude at work.

● Honest, meticulous, progressive, creative in work.

● Have great command over computer software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook,

Microsoft ERP.
