Ø Job Summary
- Collect, inventory, and categorize legal documents, standards, and internal requirements related to compliance.
- Extract, interpret, and standardize compliance obligations following the department’s guidance/framework.
- Map compliance obligations to business processes and operational activities.
- Review the completeness, accuracy, and relevance of each compliance obligation.
- Support the development of compliance matrices, checklists, and evidence documentation.
- Perform other assigned tasks as needed.
Ø Candidate Requirements
Knowledge & Education
- 3rd–4th year students or fresh graduates in Law, Business Administration, Economics, Auditing, Management Systems, or related fields.
- Basic understanding of the Vietnamese legal system: hierarchy of legal documents, how to research and verify legal validity, scope of application, and the concept of compliance obligations.
- Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 37301, ISO 31000, ISO 9001…) is a plus.
Professional Skills
- Compliance obligation extraction: identifying obligations, distinguishing mandatory vs. voluntary, summarizing legal clauses, and recognizing risks of non-compliance.
- Basic to intermediate ability to read and understand legal documents.
- Logical thinking and ability to analyze complex provisions.
- Strong research skills with the ability to quickly locate accurate information and use reputable legal resources.
