Talent Attraction & Acquisition Intern | EY HCMC Office
Your key responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
- Facilitate and execute on-campus as well as recruitment branding and other Talent activities
- Support in maintaining and strengthening relationships with target universities
- Arrange and support logistics for recruitment activities
- Coordinate the selection process for recruitment in general
- Facilitate and support onboarding activities for new joiners
2. Recruitment Operations:
- Support on documentation for new joiners, interns, etc.
- Support on monitoring interns and providing information for monthly allowance process.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- 4th year student or freshly graduated Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related fields.
- Strong passion for Human Resources
- Self-motivated, independent, detailed-oriented and organized
- Willing to learn and good command of written as well as spoken English
