Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with AI Scientists in training of advanced ASR models.
• Work on improving the research data pipeline.
• Conduct detailed benchmarking of ASR models post-training.
• Utilise GenAI to generate synthetic data.
• Work on MLOps to scale research models.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proficient in Python and experience with machine learning frameworks (like Keras or PyTorch)
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge on C++ is a plus
• Previous machine learning experience is a plus
