FPT is looking for an AI-Driven Fullstack Developer — someone who not only has a strong technical background but also knows how to leverage AI as a “working partner” to accelerate product development and optimize productivity.
In this role, you will participate in building internal systems, collaborate closely with business teams to solve real-world problems, and apply AI throughout the entire product development lifecycle.
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze requirements and translate business problems into clear technical solutions
- Develop and maintain the company’s internal applications/systems
- Participate in system architecture design, feature development, and performance optimization
- Take ownership as a Product Owner for selected internal products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate and implement projects
- Effectively utilize AI tools in daily work and software development processes
Requirements:
1, Technical Capability
- Experience in software/application development or participation in real-world system development projects
- Fullstack development experience is a strong advantage
- Good understanding of software/product development processes
2, AI Capability
- Ability to use AI as a daily working companion
- Understand how to:
- Write clear and effective prompts
- Break down complex problems
- Evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs
- Strong mindset for applying AI to practical business and engineering tasks
3, Mindset & Soft Skills
- Strong logical and structured thinking
- Ability to organize ideas and communicate clearly
- Proactive, responsible, and ownership-driven
- Result-oriented mindset with focus on delivering real value
4, Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building products or projects that leverage AI
- Ability to design or build automation workflows
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments or project coordination
- Product mindset or PM/PO experience is a plus
