JOB DESCRIPTION

Global Engagement Office (GE) is seeking a proactive and responsible student to take full ownership of the design and execution of our Summer School Program. This role involves end-to-end responsibility: from conceptualizing the program structure and content, designing promotional materials, conducting trial runs, to refining operations and adjusting content. You will play a central role in shaping the success of the summer initiative.

• Develop the overall structure, detailed schedule, learning activities, and materials for the Summer School Program.

• Design brochures, flyers, social media posts, and other marketing materials to effectively promote the program.
• Organize and run trial sessions this Summer 2025 to understand about the logistics, timing, content flow, and participant experience.
• Adjust program design or content based on trial feedback to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Carry out other related tasks assigned by the project manager to support the overall success of the program.

REQUIREMENTS

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Creativity and experience in designing educational or event-based content
• Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, PowerPoint is a plus
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
• Interest in education, youth development, or event planning
