What you’ll bring

• Good knowledge of the software development process, especially the software testing process across mobile, web, and desktop platforms.

• Solid testing knowledge (test strategy, test approach, test plan, test techniques including black-box testing, risk-based testing, etc.).

• Hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing through personal projects or internships is preferred.

• Good to have Automation Testing skills:

  • Automation frameworks: Playwright, Selenium, Appium

  • Scripting languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.

  • Tools: TestNG, Allure Report, etc.

• Good to have API Testing experience: Postman, JMeter, K6, etc.

• Knowledge of GenAI / Agentic AI is a plus.

• Good English communication skills are a must.

• Pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Telecom & Networking, or a related field, with an IT background and long-term career orientation in Testing.

• Availability for at least 4 working days per week for 3–6 months of internship, with possible conversion to permanent staff after the internship.

• Curiosity and eagerness to learn emerging technologies.

• Ability to be self-managed.

• Ability to work independently or in a team within an Agile environment.

• Ability to quickly learn new programming languages.

• Strong research skills, problem-solving ability, and good time management.

• Good attitude and professional behavior.

• Enthusiastic, accurate, patient, and honest.
