As a DevOps Intern at Tiger Tribe, you will work at the intersection of software development and IT operations. You will support our engineering teams in automating deployment pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure, and ensuring the reliability of our global digital products. This is a fast-paced role where you will learn to scale applications for millions of users within the HEINEKEN ecosystem.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Automation: Assist in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Support the team in managing cloud resources (Azure/AWS) using tools like Terraform or Ansible.

• Monitoring & Logging: Help set up monitoring dashboards and alerting systems to ensure high system availability.

• Collaboration: Work closely with Developers and QA engineers to troubleshoot environment issues and optimize workflows.

• Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of technical processes and system architectures.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Technical Foundation: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

• Cloud Awareness: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and Linux/Unix environments.

• Scripting: Knowledge of at least one scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).

• DevOps Tools: Familiarity with Git. Exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, or Jenkins is a plus.

• English Proficiency: Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively in English (both written and verbal) as you will be working with global stakeholders.

• Mindset: A strong desire to learn, automate everything, and solve complex problems.
