Role Description
A. CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) – Main Focus
- Analyze user behavior using tools (GA4, heatmaps, session recordings…)
- Identify drop-off points across the funnel (landing page → add to cart → checkout)
- Propose hypotheses and ideas to improve conversion rates
- Support A/B testing (landing pages, UI/UX, messaging, offers…)
- Work with product/design teams to implement optimization ideas
- Monitor experiment performance and extract actionable insights
- Build reports and dashboards to track conversion metrics
B. Digital Marketing Execution
- Assist in setting up and monitoring paid campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads…)
- Support campaign optimization (targeting, creatives, bidding…)
- Track and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS)
- Ensure proper tracking setup (events, pixels, tagging…)
- Provide insights from campaign data to improve conversion
C. Social Content (Content for Conversion)
- Support planning and producing social content (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram…)
- Write captions, hooks, and short scripts with a focus on conversion
- Collaborate with designers/video editors for content production
- Analyze content performance (engagement, CTR, conversion)
- Research trends and competitors to generate new content ideas
Qualifications
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Marketing, Business, Data, or related fields
- Strong interest in CRO / e-Commerce / Growth
- Basic understanding of funnel metrics (conversion rate, CTR, CPA…)
- Analytical mindset, comfortable working with data
- Good writing skills (Vietnamese required, English is a plus)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiar with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, or similar tools
- Experience with Facebook Ads / Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of UX/UI or customer journey
- Experience creating TikTok/Reels content
