What You Will Do
- Design, create and maintain Test Cases, Test Plans, Test Reports
- Perform Functional, Integration, Regression, Exploratory testing for Web, Mobile & Backend/API
- Review requirements (PRD/BRD), identify risks, edge cases early (shift-left testing)
- Prepare test data & test environments
- Track bugs, testing progress and report quality status to TL/PM
- Collaborate closely with Product, Dev, BA, Data, Ops to ensure stable releases
- Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis and propose improvements
- (Senior/Lead) Build test strategy, improve QA processes, mentor team
- (Nice to have) Participate in Test Automation & CI/CD improvement
What You Will Need
Must-have
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related fields
- At least 1 year experience in QC/QA (Web, Mobile App or Backend/API)
- Solid knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum
- Experience in API testing (Postman) and writing test cases
- Ability to query databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL or equivalent)
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to business logic & data
- Proactive, responsible, good teamwork & communication
Nice to have
- Experience in Automation Testing (Selenium, Appium, API automation…)
- Knowledge of CI/CD, Performance Testing (JMeter), Docker
- Experience with Fintech / Payment / Ads / CRM / Campaign systems
- Familiar with Jira, TestRail, Zephyr or similar tools
