What You'll Do: 

• Provide technical support as part of the Global Support team, handling issues received through SolvNet and collaborating with international teams.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve a variety of customer-reported issues, ensuring timely and high-quality solutions.
• Gain exposure to advanced EDA fields, with opportunities to expand skills in synthesis and signoff technologies.
• Participate in knowledge sharing, documentation, and continuous process improvement within the team.

What You'll Need: 

• BS or higher degree, background in Electronical - Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering or related ones
• 1-2 years experiences in physical design role is preferrable. Fresh graduates who have intern experience in similar role or in relevant training programs is also welcome.
• Basic knowledge of EDA tools or willingness to learn (PnR, synthesis, signoff, verification).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills in English; ability to collaborate in a global environment.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and take on technical challenges.
• Experience with customer or technical support is a plus.
