Your day-to-day:
- Assist in building and nurturing pipelines of tech candidates through various recruitment platforms
- Support the recruitment process: posting jobs, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and following up with candidates
- Work with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and company/team culture
- Help prepare materials and support planning for hiring and employer branding events
- Contribute to recruitment reports, dashboards, and data tracking
- Additional support tasks will be assigned within the scope of Management Support.
Job requirements:
- Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the tech/startup space
- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- A team player with a can-do attitude and willingness to take initiative
- Familiarity with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Knowledge of LinkedIn or ATS tools is a plus
- Good English communication skills (both written and spoken)
- Korean language skills are a plus (especially for communication with Korean stakeholders)
