POSITION SUMMARY:
Leading and executing the brand's marketing-related planning and on-ground activities to achieve short- and long-term business target objectives for the assigned categories/products.
Responsible for executing the aligned plans to deliver penetration, market share, sales volume, revenue, and profit growth objectives for assigned products/categories. Contribute to the development of strategies and advertising promotional programs that are within the brand's budget.
Identify brand and business development opportunities, and strengthen focus on key E2E projects and strategic planning to support a long-term, profitable increase in market share and brand health.


MAIN DUTIES:
•    Contribute to strategies for the overall business in sales, marketing, and supply; ensure effective collaboration and coordination with the SBU, CDT, sales team, other internal support functions, and appointed distributors to execute action plans and deliver committed sales.
•    Develop and execute engaging communications, activities, campaigns, and activations to build brand awareness and expand the consumer pool.
•    Develop a suitable portfolio for the Vietnamese market by exploring new products and markets for import; collaborate with relevant supporting functions and markets to import and launch products in Vietnam.
•    Ensure in-store merchandising and visibility excellence through the effective execution of planogram displays and creative POSM in MT and TT outlets compared to the competition.
•    Expand the distribution and presence of Nestlé Breakfast Cereal in stores, and professionalize the distribution network, including managing a specialized market developer team.
•    Manage and ensure the freshness of inventory products and maintain healthy stock cover days at distributors.
•    Plan and monitor P&L
•    Manage distributor planning and lead distributor execution to achieve targeted healthy growth.
•    Ensure adherence to all company principles and policies.

 

REQUIREMENTS:
-    University degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing.
-    At least 3 years of experience in marketing or sales, during which the candidate has successfully delivered on KPIs.
-    Work experience in Marketing or Business Development is required. Experience working with distributors, sales teams, and key accounts is an advantage.
-    Good command of the English language and proficient computer skills.
