1) Production Intern – Operational Excellence – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Understand production process, product spec, production technology, machine, operation method, quality, food safety, labor safety.
• Report on how to: control quality, yield, loss, cost in production. Define bottle neck, element affect to quality, food safety, labpr safety and how to improve.
• Requirements: Majoring in Food Technology/ Food Science/ Mechanical Engineering; Good English

 

2)Production Intern – Machine & Production Optimization – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Study technology related to product, product spec, machine, operation method, control yield, loss, requirement for food safety, labor safety.
• Report on how to: capacity, productivity. Define bottle neck and how to improve
• Requirements: Majoring in technical or quality-related fields

 

3) Production Intern – Capex & SMED Optimization – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Support Capex project execution and documentation for production upgrades, monitoring cost, saving, and productivity improvements.
• Support SMED implementation on production lines (ICA, Pakona, Roasting) by assisting with documentation, standardizing changeover, and monitoring results.
• Coordinate production-side project activities with Maintenance, ensuring document control, timeline adherence, and proposing cleaning process improvements.
• Requirements: Engineering or Industrial Management background; Good English

 

4) Operation Excellence Intern – Packing Line Productivity – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Collect and analyze Packing line production data to identify inefficiencies.
• Analyze data to find root causes and propose solutions for improving labor productivity.
• Support the implementation of Lean, Kaizen, and 5S initiatives for process enhancement.
• Requirements: Background in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, or related fields; Good English

 

5) Operation Excellence Intern – Packing Center – Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai

• Apply operation excellence to optimize packing line efficiency.
• Optimize operation cost through daily planning for processing & packing.
• Innovation for packing center with new update technology in industry.
• Requirements: Background in Industrial Engineering or related fields; Good English

 

6) Automation Intern – Auto Packing Line Project – Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai

• Emplement project of auto packing line for packing center (from design/ select supplier/ installation...)
• Requirements: Automation or relevant fields, good English communication.

 

7) Automation & Process Intern – Digital Sorting – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Analyze input and output of the new Digital Sorting line to balance material flow and minimize Work-In-Progress (WIP) inventory.
• Understand the operational principles of digital sorters and develop an autonomous maintenance plan.
• Requirements: Electrical Instrumentation or Electronics or relevant background; Good English

 

8) Automation Intern – Energy Efficiency – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Together with Electric team, collect and list electric consumption for all plant equipment
• Suggesting ways to reduce electric consumption
• Requirements: Electrical Instrumentation/ Electronics or relevant background; Good English

 

9) Maintenance Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Develop Preventive Maintenance checklists for plant equipment.
• Identify opportunities and recommend solutions to reduce overall maintenance expenditure.
• Devise and recommend a Spare Part inventory for critical machinery to minimize downtime.
• Requirements: Mehanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronics or relevant background; Good English

 

10) Process Optimization Intern – Bien Hoa 2, Dong Nai

• Optimize yield of dicing line
• Optimize operation cost through daily planning for processing
• Innovation for ingredient center by applying new sorter technology, ...

11) Product Development Intern – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Evaluate processes and test new seasonings for adapting products and creating variants (flour coated, Aldi/USA, Topco/Hy-Vee).
• Run production trials for new and adapted products within factory capacity.
• Document findings and cross-functional collaboration on product development.
• Requirements: Food Technology/ Food Science or relevant background; Good English

 

12) Quality Monitoring Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Monitor the quality of input and output data within defined systems or processes.
• Identify and track key metrics to assess data quality performance.
• Support the development and implementation of automated validation processes for data quality assurance.

13) Process Engineering Intern – Ho Chi Minh

• Research and screen new potential platforms for our product categories
• Collect data to assess the feasibility of identified platforms

14) Quality Intern – BI Report & Training Document – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Create Power BI reports based on GMP and cleaning reports from daily checklists.
• Assist the team in developing digital training documents.
• Requirements: Food Tech/ Food Science field; Having data analysis & reports making skills; Good English

 

15) Digital Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Digitalization of operations for EUDR compliance systems (Track & Trace)
• Development of apps/functions to support Sustainability activities (Bean Buddy)
• Support the concept Development, technical design, UAT & functions of the App
• Requirements: IT/ Digital or relevant background; Knowledge of smart application; English fluent

 

16) Data Analysis Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Extract, collect, and research diverse datasets related to global spice export and retail.
• Analyze data to identify key trends, support report and slide preparation, and contribute to informed decision-making.
• Requirements: Data Science/ Supply Chain or relevant background; Having market research and data analysis skills (by Power BI); English fluent

 

17) Warehouse Optimization Intern – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Design and implement warehouse zones and stock mapping with appropriate labels and signage for efficient organization.
• Improve the speed and accuracy of physical inventory counts and the reconciliation process.
• Requirements: Business Administration, Logistics, or Supply Chain; Good English

 

18) HSE Intern – BI Report & Training Document – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Based on Workplace Inspection checklist, UAUC check list --> Make BI report
• Help team on making ditigal document for training

19) HSE Intern – Safety Policy & Regulation – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Understand ofi Corp's HSE policies, relevant Vietnamese laws, and the SMETA audit standard.
• Research safety practices specifically applicable to Pistachio factories.
• Compare the factory's current HSE practices against ofi Corp's policies and external regulations to identify areas for improvement.
• Requirements: HSE or relevant background; Good English

 

20) F&A Intern – Production Costing Analysis – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Prepare production reports analyzing yield loss by contract, grades, and production line.
• Assist in maintaining accurate actual product costing based on production activities and material tracking.

21) F&A Intern – Roasting Report & Data Control – Long Thanh, Dong Nai

• Support the Production Accountant with daily report consolidation, identifying and resolving data anomalies in Roasting and Processing.
• Propose ideas for automating reporting processes and improving report files.
• Initiate and drive improvements in Processing Yield and ensure data accuracy for daily Roasting reports.

• Support review & update current HR documents to ensure consistency and readiness for internal and external audits.

• Analyse current procedures and identify critical checks

24) Project Management Intern – Expansion Project – Tien Nga, Dong Nai

• Support our expansion project on planning, documentation, and meeting coordination (agendas, minutes).
• Track progress, update reports, and assist in risk/issue identification.
• Collaborate with teams and conduct research to help meet project goals.
• Requirements: Final year/ Freshers in relevant fields; Good English

• Final year or fresher students in bachelor’s or master’s degree program in a relevant field.

• Working location: Mostly in Dong Nai Province, have shuttle bus service.
