❖ Key Responsibilities
The Intern will support the Presales and Consultancy team in:
- Licensing Optimization: Assisting in building complex Office 365/Microsoft 365 licensing comparisons and proposals.
- Adoption Activities: Developing training materials, user guides, and organizing workshops to ensure smooth transitions for our clients.
- Operational Support: Handling documentation and research to allow senior consultants to focus on high-level architecture and strategic tasks.
❖ Skills & Qualifications
- Third- or fourth-year university student majoring in IT, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Knowledge or hands-on experience withMicrosoft services
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a team and handle sensitive information responsibly
- Fluent in English
