JOB PURPOSE:

• Supporting Opella production equipment maintenance team in daily preventive maintenance and repair tasks;
• Monitoring the progress of assigned projects;       
• Preparing technical documents and procedures.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Participating with the team in performing periodic maintenance and repairing machinery and equipment when required;
• Analyzing the cause of damage, propose solutions to avoid repeated damage, propose better use of equipment to increase efficiency, quality, and life of equipment;
• Together with the team in researching and improving existing equipment;
• Drafting technical documents if assigned (maintenance and repair procedures, equipment operation procedures, technical requirements for operating new equipment, installation requirements, equipment acceptance requirements);
• Directly or indirectly participating in installation, acceptance, and handover of new equipment.
• Preparing documents, training workers to operate production equipment;
• Synthesizing and analyzing production equipment related technical data.
