TAL Management Trainee Program is an accelerated career development program of up to 2 years at Vietnam Garments Manufacturing Limited (TAL factories in Phu Tho). It is designed to give Management Trainees functional business exposure as well as hands-on experiential learning and development. Through a combination of various classroom and on-the-job training sessions, functional projects, and opportunities to work with top management, our Management Trainees are fully equipped with technical knowledge and practical skills by the end of the program, enabling them to immediately make an impact on the business. As part of our Trainee Program, you will have the opportunity to master your strengths and drive sustainable business growth in your chosen department.
