JOB DESCRIPTION

IT Operations & Learning

• Learn and understand the company’s IT operations and systems.
• Assist with asset management, network basics, and office IT equipment.

Sample Management Project

• Participate in the Sample Management Project as assigned.
• Support data collection, classification, and documentation.
• Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure accuracy and progress.

IT Support & AI

• Provide Level 1 IT support (devices, accounts, basic software issues).
• Assist in testing and implementing internal AI tools.
• Log and report IT incidents to the responsible team.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3rd–4th year students or recent graduates in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of networking, office software, and computer hardware.
• Interest in AI tools is a plus.
• Good logical thinking, willingness to learn, and proactive attitude.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
