Responsibilities

1. General Administration & Operations

• General Admin: Assist with documentation, data entry, and other admin tasks.
• System Management: Assist the Sales team with Sales System updates.
• Operations: support for daily showroom excellence, test drive and car delivery coordination.

2. Sales Social Media & Content

• Creative Support: Assist the Sales team in developing and preparing engaging content for social media platforms to showcase our latest models and lifestyle events.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education:

• Final-year student in Communications or Business.

Attributes:

• A “can-do” attitude, highly disciplined person
• Knowledge and passion of the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Interpersonal Skills:

• Enthusiastic about working with people and comfortable in a luxury environment
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with a team.
• Demonstrates a high level of detail orientation and organizational skills.
• Proficiency at social platforms and office applications

Language:

• Good English communication skills (verbal and written).

Personality & Characteristics:

• Trustworthy and Responsible: Capable of maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Organized and Effective: Ability to manage work and time efficiently.
