We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Trainee to support the team in campaign execution, performance tracking, and client communication. This is a client-facing role offering hands-on experience in affiliate marketing operations across major e-commerce platforms and creator networks.

1. Affiliate Campaign Execution & Operations

• Support daily affiliate marketing activities across Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada, MCNs, KOLs, and KOCs
• Assist in commission setup, MCN program registration, and product sample shipment coordination
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and timeline management

2. Data Tracking & Reporting

• Track affiliate performance and campaign data on a daily and monthly basis
• Support data collection, validation, and report preparation
• Assist in maintaining accurate performance dashboards and documentation

3. Client & Brand Communication

• Support communication with clients and brands regarding campaign progress and deliverables
• Follow up on ongoing activities and performance updates
• Provide timely support during campaign periods, especially key promotional days

You will work closely with experienced Affiliate Marketing professionals and gain practical exposure to campaign management, data analysis, creator ecosystems, and client servicing in a leading global communications group.

Who We're Looking For

• University students or fresh graduates in Marketing, Communications, Business, E-commerce, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable working with Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting tools
• Proactive, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for e-commerce, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or digital media
