You will have the opportunity to participate in on-site interviews for the following positions at VinUni Tech Career Day 2026:

I. Internship Positions

1. Position: System & Component CAE
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Good knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Engineering.
    • Understanding of engineering principles, including Mechanics, Strength of Material.
    • Basic knowledge of CAE software (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.) is preferred.
    • Previous internship/project experience related to CAE/Engineering simulations is a plus.
    • Able to handle high pressure, detail-oriented, motivated, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, good communication & teamwork.
2. Position: E-Scooter Attribute & CAE
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Good knowledge in FEA or Computational Engineering.
    • Understanding of engineering principles (Mechanics, Strength of Material, cooling system, thermal background).
    • Basic knowledge of CAE software (ANSYS, Abaqus, Star CCM+, Flotherm, Amesim) is preferred.
    • Able to handle high pressure, detail-oriented, motivated, strong analytical skills, good teamwork.
3. Position: Battery Simulation
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Previous internship/project experience related to CAE/Engineering simulations is a plus.
    • Able to handle high pressure, detail-oriented, motivated, strong analytical skills, good teamwork.
4. Position: Modeling, Material Database and Automation
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Good knowledge in FEA and engineering principles (Mechanics, Strength of Material).
    • Basic knowledge of CAE software (ANSA, META POST, CATIA, Teamcenter) is preferred.
    • Previous internship/project experience in CAE simulation is a plus.
    • Detail-oriented, motivated, good communication and teamwork.
5. Position: Crash safety Structural simulation CAE
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Good knowledge in Finite Element Analysis (FEA) or Computational Engineering.
6. Position: Crash safety Occupant simulation CAE
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Understanding of engineering principles, including Mechanics, Strength of Material.
    • Basic knowledge of CAE software (ANSYS, Abaqus, etc.) is preferred.
7. Position: Crash safety Modeling, Material Database, AI/Automation, Patent / Safety Vehicle build and Testing Quality
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Previous internship/project experience related to CAE/Engineering simulations is a plus.
    • Able to handle high pressure, detail-oriented, motivated, strong analytical skills.
8. Position: Component Engineering Inspection
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Basic knowledge of Automotive/Mechanical Engineering principles.
    • Understanding of vehicle components (body structure, doors, interior/exterior, EE systems) & CAD drawings.
    • Detail-oriented, responsible, good problem-solving & communication skills, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
9. Position: Tear down and Upgrade Validation Vehicle (TD Periodic maintenance for electric vehicles)
  • Location: HP
  • Require:
    • Read/understand technical drawings, product structure, and use measuring tools.
    • Basic knowledge of quality management and vehicle maintenance.
    • Proficient in MS Office, good English, skilled in compiling quality reports.
    • Enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure, good logical thinking, responsible.
10. Position: A&J Attributes & Testing
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Basic understanding of Human Factors & Ergonomics.
    • Good communication, proficient in MS Office, good English skills.
    • Passionate about cars, good logical & analytical ability, curious to learn.
11. Position: Vehicle Performance & Benchmarking
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Passion for cars (genuine "car person").
    • Strong research & analytical skills, balanced perspective on performance/tech/cost.
    • Proficient in MS Office, fluent English, B1+ driving license required.
12. Position: Thermal validation
  • Location: HP
  • Require:
    • Skilled in mechanical/electrical measuring tools, working with IoT projects (STM32, ESP, Arduino).
    • Proficient in MS Office, good communication skills.
    • Logical thinking, responsible, B1+ driving license is an advantage.
13. Position: Thermal CAE/ATT
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Good knowledge in FEA or Computational Engineering and engineering principles.
    • Basic knowledge of CAE software (ANSYS, Abaqus) is preferred.
    • Detail-oriented, strong analytical & problem-solving skills, good teamwork.
14. Position: Weight attributes
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Read/understand technical drawings, BOM, automotive components/systems.
    • Basic knowledge of quality management, compile quality assessment reports.
    • Proficient in MS Office, good English, enthusiastic, able to work under high pressure.
15. Position: EEC
  • Location: HP
  • Require:
    • Majoring in Automotive Technology, Mechatronics, Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
    • Understanding of Electric/electrical systems (CAN/LIN, Diagnostic, ECU).
    • Strong analytical thinking, English communication with technical documents.
16. Position: Robotic
  • Location: HN/HP
  • Require:
    • Basic knowledge of robotics, embedded systems, ROS/ROS2, Machine Learning, Computer Vision.
    • Proficient in Python/C++/C.
    • Read technical documents/wiring diagrams in English, strong analytical thinking.
17. Position: Information Technology
  • Location: HN
  • Require:
    • Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Economics, or related fields.
    • Proficient in process modeling (BPMN, Flowchart, User Story) & business documents (BRD, SRS).
