Your Key Responsibilities
- Support in organize the orientation program
- Support in the preparation of logistics operations for employer branding activities.
- Check the employee hardcopy in profile to be sure all the documents need are available.
- Support the digital P-file project: Scan documents, upload in the system.
- Arrange the training schedule with Trainer & Trainee
- Prepare the training stationaries: Clipboard, Teabreak, room booking…
- Collect the sick leave certificate.
- Filling employees documents.

- Strong English writing and reading skills
